What to expect on a private luxury gorilla trek
Your day begins with an early, private transfer and a short briefing from an experienced guide and tracker. Treks vary from a short walk to a full-day hike depending on gorilla location, our team plans routes to optimize comfort and minimize exertion. Once with a gorilla family you’ll have the permitted viewing time to observe, photograph, and learn from your guide about gorilla behavior, social structure, and conservation challenges. After the trek you’ll return to a private lodge for rest, a spa treatment, or a specially prepared meal, whatever helps you recharge.
